We are excited to announce a Winter Track Camp for January 2025! That’s right – We’ll be diving deep into track performance…all on an indoor track. Coach Megan and Denise will be educating athletes on their speed, technique, strength, block work, power, and everything in the middle – all with tons of practice, coaching and hands-on work. This camp meets Sundays from 4-6pm at Woodstock High School and is open to middle and high school athletes. Space is limited so be sure to get registered early!
