Volunteer at the Crystal Lake Food Pantry with Prince of Peace Church Team! 

Join us in making a difference right here in our community! The Prince of Peace Church Team is volunteering at the Crystal Lake Food Pantry, and we’d love for you to join us—no church membership required. 

🕊️ When: 

Two shifts available — choose one or stay for both! 

• 8:30 AM – 11:30 AM
• 11:00 AM – 2:00 PM 

💛 What You’ll Do: 

Help clients shop for groceries and provide a friendly, compassionate presence as they select items for their families. Volunteers make a real impact—every smile and helping hand matters! 

👩‍🦰👨‍🎓👴 Who Can Volunteer: 

• Open to all community members — students, retirees, families, and anyone with a heart to serve. 
• •To work directly with clients, you must be at least 16 years old.
• Younger volunteers (under 16) are welcome to assist in other areas of the pantry (with prior arrangement). 
• Scouts and students seeking service hours: please email our coordinator to schedule your time.
