The Crystal Lake Community Band, under the direction of Terry Grossberg, is excited to present their annual Winter Pops Concert on Sunday, December 8, 2024 at 4:00 pm at the Crystal Lake Holiday Inn; 800 S. Rt 31, Crystal Lake, IL. Concert will include a variety of repertoire and musical styles including light classical, folk dances, marches, and classic Holiday favorites. Featured will be band member Lori Sutherland’s additional adaptation of “You’re a Mean One, Mr. Grinch”, highlighting the CLCB low clarinet section. Another concert highlight will be the opportunity for an audience member to conduct the Band on Leroy Anderson’s “Sleigh Ride”.
