Description

Balance Strong is a class designed for those that need to improve their balance while increasing strength. The class meets in the Balance Center of Smith Physical Therapy. 

The class meets every Wednesday for 6 weeks. 

Class Dates: 2/18, 2/25, 3/4, 3/11, 3/18, 3/25 

6 Week Class: $85 

If you are interested in the class but can not commit to 6 weeks, you are welcome to “drop-in” for $20 per class. Please call our clinic at 815-893-9075 to check availability and reserve your “drop-in” spot!
