This festival setting is like no other in the Midwest! What makes it so special is that the festival grounds are not in an open field, but on the world-famous Richardson's Adventure Farm in Spring Grove, IL. The majority of the family-friendly adventure activities will be FREE with admission for both kids and adults. Free Parking! Gates open at 3pm and fest ends at 10:45pm. Fun for all ages! Dogs welcome! Bring your own chairs or blankets for comfort. No outside coolers/food/drink permitted. Free activities include a 50-foot-tall observation tower, pedal cars, giant jumping pillows, a giant slide, playgrounds, yard games, farm-style basketball hoops, and more! There are more activities that require an additional charge: Zip-lining | $16 | Each person must sign a waiver. Must weigh between 70-270 lbs and must be 18yrs or older. Purchased on-site only. Local food trucks will be placed throughout the property with a wide assortment of both bacon and non-bacon-themed food options: Pixie Dawgs, Belly's, Toasty Cheese, Rita's Italian Ice and Frozen Custard and El Chido Street Tacos, Brookie's Soda Hut, Travlin' Tom's Coffee Truck and Scott's Popcorn & Cotton Candy Cause truck. Bourbon Tasting | 3pm-9pm The Barrel Bounty is hosting ticketed bourbon tastings that will provide novice and seasoned palates alike with a great experience. Limited tickets are available. There will be 8 different bourbons to try. You can purchase a four-punch card for $30 or an eight-punch card for $50 You will receive a $20 cash reward for gaming at The Barrel Bounty You have your choice of any of the eight bourbons to try with the four-punch card, as well as the eight-punch card You do not have to use the tastings in one sitting. You can come back at any time during the festival, from 3-9pm, to complete the punch card. Wine Tasting | 3pm-9pm - purchased on-site only Richardson Adventure Farm has a large wine tasting bar in its main entrance. They will be hosting a wine tasting from 3-9pm. Wine tasting by the flight | $8 for 6 wines | $5 for 3 wines | $2 for 1 wine All proceeds benefit the Chain O' Lakes Chamber of Commerce to reinvest back into the community.
