TURNING POINT ANNOUNCES APPOINTMENT OF NEW EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
Mary Margaret brings more than 30 years of experience and leadership to Turning Point, having previously served as the Interim Executive Director. Mary Margaret brings a strong background in serving McHenry County, including President of the Crystal Lake Chamber of Commerce, Program Manager at the United Way of McHenry County, and Director of the Illinois Small Business Development Center at McHenry County Community College. She also served as the Senior Vice President at Exemplar Accounting & Tax Advisors. She is also an operating partner of Madam’s Garden, LLC. Her numerous roles within the community and passion for serving others make her an excellent fit for the organization.

As Executive Director, Mary Margaret will oversee the agency, our dedicated staff, emergency and preventative programs and services, mission alignment, and driving results. Her leadership and collaborative approach will play a critical role in implementing a strategic plan to advance the mission of Turning Point.

Mary Margaret holds a bachelor’s degree from Old Dominion University and an MBA from the College of William & Mary.
