Mr. Michael D. Klein, PE has been elected to the Baxter & Woodman, Inc. Board of Directors by its shareholders at the corporation’s annual shareholder meeting on April 19th, 2024.

With over two decades of service to Baxter & Woodman, Inc., Mr. Klein brings a wealth of experience and leadership to the Board. He has demonstrated his expertise in operations management and strategic direction, notably driving the success and growth of Concentric Integration, a wholly owned subsidiary of Baxter & Woodman, Inc. Concentric Integration is a provider of technology solutions, specializing in instrumentation, controls, SCADA systems, telemetry systems, and information technology.

In his role as President of Concentric Integration, Klein leads a team of engineers, system integrators, project managers, and IT consultants. Together, they focus on the planning, design, and implementation of technology projects. Klein's commitment to excellence and his client-focused approach have earned him accolades and positioned Concentric Integration as a leader in the industry.

Klein holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
