Celebrate the Holidays with A Carpenters Christmas at Raue Center for the Arts

<Crystal Lake>, IL – October 20, 2025 – Raue Center for the Arts invites you to experience the warmth and nostalgia of the holiday season with A Carpenters Christmas on Wednesday, December 10, 2025, at 7 p.m. Singer and playwright Lisa Rock and her 6-piece band bring the beloved holiday music of The Carpenters to life with spot-on renditions that capture the magic of the season.

While The Carpenters are remembered for their many chart-topping hits, they also became a cherished part of holiday traditions with their festive albums and televised Christmas specials. A Carpenters Christmas features classics like “Merry Christmas Darling,” “Santa Claus is Comin’ to Town,” and more holiday favorites from The Carpenters’ two iconic Christmas albums. It’s a joyful, family-friendly concert that celebrates the season with heart and harmony.

About Lisa Rock

Lisa Rock is a nationally touring singer, playwright, and actor who has been performing for more than 25 years. Known for her impressive four-octave range and heartfelt interpretations, Rock has written and starred in multiple theatrical concerts celebrating legendary artists, including Karen Carpenter. With A Carpenters Christmas and her critically acclaimed Close to You: The Music of The Carpenters, Rock has earned praise across the country for her ability to channel the warmth, emotion, and timeless appeal of Karen Carpenter’s voice while bringing audiences a fresh, authentic concert experience.
