Hour 1   Emotional Intelligence and DiSC

Who was your favorite manager? Most will agree the best managers possess the powerful combination of strong self-management skills and emotional intelligence. Simply put, that means managing your own emotions and being aware of others. As an emotionally intelligent manager, you should be a great communicator. Great communication begins with knowing your employees and their communication preferences. Join us for a high-level overview of the DiSC model and how to identify communication preferences within your team. Learn strategies to improve interaction with others and achieve higher workplace satisfaction and results.

Having a mentor can help you expand your network and discover new pathways to success.
