Join us on Sunday, May 18th for a free Balance Class to kick off our Steps-2-Balance Week in support of VeDA’s international event. Doors will open at 10:30 and class will begin at 11:00am. The class is open to the public, and anyone who attends will be entered in a drawing to win a free 6-Week Strong! class of their choosing (Balance Strong!, Chair Strong!, or Age Strong!). 

The Steps-2-Balance class will be circuit-style, with alternating balance and walking inspired exercises set up around our clinic. Registration will be required so that we can plan our space accordingly. Individuals of all ability levels are invited to attend!
