Description

Age Strong is a 6 week class that runs June 26th through July 31st, 2025. This class focuses on basic strength building for those that may struggle to do daily activities (i.e, emptying the dishwasher, carrying laundry upstairs, unloading the car of your groceries, etc.). 

The class creates functional strength for day to day life. 

The class meets once a week on Thursdays, from 1-2pm for 6 weeks. 

Class Dates: 6/26, 7/3, 7/10, 7/17, 7/24, 7/31
