The Crystal Lake Foundation's GEM Leadership Award honors individuals or organizations who are a GEM - a leader who is Generous, Enthusiastic, and Motivated.

These recipients are dedicated to community development, with a consistent and sustained pattern of community service!

This year, the Crystal Lake Chamber of Commerce Foundation is proud to present GEM Leadership Awards to Sue Dobbe (Dobbe Marketing & PR, Inc.), Ryan Farrell (Zukowski, Rogers, Flood & McArdle), and the Friends of MCC Foundation (Brian DiBona will be accepting the award).
