Assistant Community Association Manager
Employment Type-Full Time (In-person): Crystal Lake, IL
We are seeking an Assistant Community Association Manager to join our growing team! This position offers a wide variety of different responsibilities in order to support our Property Management Team and office. Our business hours are Monday – Thursday 8:00a.m. to 5:00p.m. and Friday 8:00a.m. to 1:00p.m.
Significant Responsibilities:
- Processing accounts payables on a routine basis
- Continuous management of electronic and paper filing systems
- Handling large volume voice & email communications
- Drafting correspondence, notices and homeowner letters within stated deadlines
- Ongoing & detailed tracking of homeowner information, leases and certificates of insurance
- Maintain timely and accurate preparation of necessary reports
- Provide support to property managers
- Perform other office support as needed
Desired Qualifications:
- Superior customer service skills
- Ability to prioritize and multitask various deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Great attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- Ability to Learn Company Software
- Previous experience in office administration and property management setting
