Summary
Our client, a leading metal heat treating facility in Crystal Lake, IL, is actively hiring for multiple machine operators across all shifts. Responsibilities
- Assist with production and warehouse operations in a metal manufacturing environment
- Operate machines or equipment safely after training
- Perform material handling, loading, and unloading as needed
- Follow safety, quality, and production standards
- Support team members and supervisors to meet daily production goals
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand and work on your feet for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks in a production environment
- Comfortable working in an industrial/manufacturing setting
Qualifications
- Mechanically inclined with hands-on problem-solving skills
- Previous experience with forklift operation, machine operation, or maintenance preferred
- At least 6 months of manufacturing experience
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
