IT Administrator

Location: Spring Grove, IL

Hours: Monday to Friday l 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Pay Rate: $18-20/HR

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Manage invoices and purchase orders (POs)
• Oversee hardware inventory
• Analyze and resolve service desk tickets
• Ensure compliance with IT policies and procedures
• Perform service repairs and manage software licenses
• Send out monthly invoices and publish IT activity reports
• Take detailed meeting minutes

What We're Looking For:

• High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and follow-up skills
• Ability to stay productive and professional under pressure
• Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel
• Experience in IT service desk or project administrative roles is a must
