Part Time Executive Assistant

Appx. 20 hrs./week with some flexibility

$23/hour

Job Description:

Our organization is seeking a professional, detail-oriented, and experienced part-time executive assistant to join our team. 

Responsibilities:

  • Implement and execute programs, processes, and communications at the direction of the President/CEO. 
  • Serve as staff liaison for the Finance Committee.  Attend monthly meetings and record minutes. 
  • Assist President/CEO with budget preparation and administration. 
  • Work with President/CEO to create materials needed for all meetings. 
  • Assist Membership Director with invoicing and open invoices
  • Maintain an accurate and up-to-date filing system. 
  • Answer inbound calls and transfer as needed. 
  • Greet individuals who visit the Chamber office.  
  • Open mail and distribute.
  • Order and organize office supplies. 
  • Manage calendar for use of boardroom. 
  • Coordinate with colleagues and committees to support Chamber events, including State of the Community Luncheon, Community Clean Up Day, Annual Dinner, Annual Golf Classic, Members in Motion, Community Expo, and other events. 
  • Other duties as assigned. 

Skills: 

  • Highly organized and pays close attention to detail.
  • Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Suite, Outlook and Excel.    
  • Able to multi-task and adapt to change. 
  • Ability to work within a team. 
  • Possess analytical skills. 
  • Strong written/verbal communication skills.
