12 Hour Weekend Shifts - Caregiver (Part-Time and Full-Time)

Job Summary

HomeWell Care Services Crystal Lake is seeking a compassionate and patient caregiver to support a woman with cerebral palsy in a warm, family-centered home. As a Caregiver with HomeWell, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and assistance with daily living activities while promoting independence and dignity.

Responsibilities

• Learn and use the client's iPad communication system

• Assist with toileting, transfers, and daily personal care

• Support proper diet and meal preparation

• Follow established routines taught by her long-time caregiver

• Work respectfully within a close family environment

• Provide companionship, patience, and consistent support

• Communicate with the family and healthcare team as needed

Ideal Candidate

• Calm, patient, and teachable

• Comfortable learning new communication tools

• Reliable and compassionate

• DD Aide or experience with CP or disabilities helpful but not required

• Possess great caregiver qualities
