Please fill out all required fields. If you are applying as a 501c3 Organization, please email us a copy of your 501c3 Charitable Organization Determination Letter from the IRS to info@clchamber.com .  Should you have questions, feel free to call our office at 815-459-1300.  

We do offer Enhanced Level Memberships which offer additional benefits not listed here. For more information, see our website under Memberships/Enhanced Membership Levels or contact Lisa McLaughlin at 815-459-1300 ext. 12.

  • Small Business Connect Membership [1-5 employees] ($300 Annual Fee. $25 Application Fee)
  • Medium Business Connect Membership [6-15 employees] ($425 Annual Fee. $25 Application Fee)
  • Large Business Connect Membership [16-100 employees] ($625 Annual Fee. $25 Application Fee)
