The first half of the presentation will be exploring data from numerous studies to show what employers are doing, or considering to do, with their employee benefit programs as well as what employees find important in the new post-pandemic market. Ideas will be presented to help HR leaders strategize in building employee benefit programs moving forward. The second half of the presentation will be focused on providing guidance to HR leaders on how to manage the talent shortage brought on by the pandemic.
