Laurie Dayon, MSM, Executive Director with Girls On The Run of Northwest Illinois will discuss her journey to leadership.  After spending years trying to fit the corporate mold in the male dominated telecommunication sector, Laurie experienced a transformational moment on what it meant for her to be a leader. Sharing what she learned about recognizing the patterns and ways we can change up how we show up at the table, Laurie will provide insight on the unique strengths we as women bring to our work spaces and what it means to lead like a girl.
