We are offering 5 Crystal Lake Chamber Members the opportunity to donate (1) item to be entered into a drawing. 

By donating a door prize you will be able to: 

•Provide (1) door prize drawing – valued at a minimum of $50 

•Door prize will be displayed on the Chamber table 

•Logo recognition on website with link to sponsor website •Recognition in the program •Display table at the event 

•1-minute presentation to introduce the door prize and draw the winning raffle ticket at the conclusion of the event 

•$35 registration fee with breakfast not included

Gift certificate(s) for your product or service 

Corporate gifts Overnight Stay

Travel and dining vouchers

Admittance to training, seminars or other events 

Sports and entertainment tickets

Cookies, chocolates, or dessert-related items

Registration for Door Prizes ends Sept. 21 at 12pm.

LOCATION: Crystal Lake Holiday Inn, Maple and Willow Rooms

Event starts at 8:00am with casual networking and a continental breakfast.  Members in Motion will go from 8:30am to 11:30am with casual networking breaks in between sessions.  

Multi-Chamber Event with the Algonquin/LITH Chamber, Cary-Grove Chamber, Huntley Chamber and Crystal Lake Chamber members.
