"Young" is a word that we like to use loosely - you can be "young" in the traditional sense that you're looking to build your professional network; you can be "young" at heart; you can be "young" in your career path. It all counts here!

The Crystal Lake Young Professionals group is built on three pillars - Connecting, Growing, and Serving. Each month, the group selects one of these pillars and plans an event, accordingly - Connect events are typically more social and networking-focused, Grow events are focused on professional development, and Serve events place an emphasis on giving back and helping local non-profits. Events/meetings are held on a monthly basis.
