Registrations will not be complete without certificate of insurance and signed hold harmless.
Presented by the Crystal Lake Chamber of Commerce and brought to you by the City of Crystal Lake, and the Crystal Lake Lions Club we are inviting the community to the Annual Independence Day Parade on Sunday, July 5, 2026 at 1:00PM!
Please review the parade layout when choosing your preferred position in the parade lineup.
Tier 1 is in the front of the parade, Tier 2 in the middle, and Tier 3 is at the back of the parade lineup.
In order to participate in the Crystal Lake Independence Day Parade on Sunday, July 5, 2026, the Chamber will need the following from you:
1) Certificate of Liability Insurance (COI): A Certificate of Insurance (COI), is a simple form issued by your insurance company. It includes the types of coverage, the issuing insurance company, your policy number, the named insured, the policy’s effective dates, and the types and dollar amount of limits and deductibles.

2) Hold Harmless Agreement: A hold harmless agreement is used as a release of liability in a contract that protects one party from injury or property damage caused by another party.

3) Proof of Vehicle Insurance (if applicable)

In the event of cancellation of the Parade, the Chamber will issue the participants a full refund.
